		<description>,

I recently read your article “Dealing with anger in your marriage" on the Faithwriters website, and was very impressed with the content. I am the editor of a small, quarterly family-issues magazine in Israel. We distribute about 1,000 copies each of a Hebrew and Russian-language 16-page magazine to Christians in Israel. The magazine is free and is supported by the local Pro-Life office. Our aim is to strengthen families.

I would very much like to translate and publish your article in our magazine. Our next issue comes out this Fall and includes articles on educating children and marriage and other women’s issues Would you consider allowing us to include your article in our lineup?

We will, of course, give you credit as the author of the article, and include a more detailed credit at the end of the article, if you wish.(not more than two lines).

Sometimes, during translation, we come across a word or situation that isunheard of in Israel and therefore hard to translate clearly. In your article I would need to omit the section on the 300 pound line backer, as we do not know what you mean by that. I would like to ask your permission to adapt such culturally-unique expressions to similar ones that are easily understood by the Israeli reader.

Because the article needs to be translated and then edited before publication, I am under deadline to collect my stories. If you could let me know if this is acceptable to you within the next few days I would very much appreciate it.

Thank you for considering this request, and warm greetings from Israel,

Maayan Leonard
