Marriage Bible Verse of the Week – July 26, 2007

Last time we talked about how nothing was impossible with God and that there is hope for you to have a better marriage, no matter what kind of shape it’s presently in.

But if you’re anything like I was in the past, then you may now be thinking “Yeah, God can do anything, but will He help me and my marriage?”

Well, it’s not all up to whether God decides to do something or not.

Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
Mark 9:23 (NKJV)

As you can see, there is a part for us to play. We have to believe that it’s possible to have a great marriage. We have to get past the thinking that it’s possible for everyone else, but not us.

And that word “all”…well, it means exactly that. All. That would most certainly include your marriage.

Stop thinking that you’re not meant to be in a good marriage or that it’s just your lot in life. Start believing today that it’s possible for you to have a spectacular relationship with your spouse. It will be a great step towards accomplishing just that.
